‘These are my last blue shoes,’ he said. I did not have enough money to buy them. ‘Tell your dad,’
said Rasha. ‘Perhaps he will buy them for you.’
The next week, I went to the shoe shop with my dad.
‘Where are the blue shoes which were in the window?’ I asked the man.
‘Sorry, I sold them!’ he said. I was very sad.
On Tuesday, it was my birthday. My mum and dad gave me a present in a box.
